2. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
- We accept returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions mentioned below
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
- This Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:
- The request is raised within 24 to 48 hours from the date of delivery
- The product is:
- Unused and unwashed
- Undamaged and untampered
- In original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request at our sole discretion.
4. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Returns, refunds, or exchanges shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color, texture, print, or finish due to lighting or screen resolution
- Requests raised after the prescribed return window
- Products that are washed, altered, used, or partially used
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice
Such cases shall not constitute a defect under Indian consumer law.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must:

- Await confirmation and instructions from PRYOM
PRYOM reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or exchange.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested product is unavailable, the customer may choose:
- An alternative product of equal value, or
- A refund as per this Policy
- Exchange requests are generally allowed once per order, unless otherwise approved
7. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment
- As we accept all payment methods, refunds will be credited accordingly
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Actual credit time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
PRYOM shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
8. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
- Original shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Clear images or videos must be shared as proof
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
PRYOM reserves the right to:
- Reject any return, exchange, or refund request not complying with this Policy
- Take necessary action in cases of repeated, fraudulent, or abusive claims
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- PRYOM’s liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. MODIFICATION OF POLICY
PRYOM reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
