  • Minor variations in color, texture, print, or finish may occur due to:

    • Manufacturing processes

Such variations do not constitute defects and shall not be grounds for dispute.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We accept all payment methods via authorized payment gateways

PRYOM shall not be liable for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or third-party service providers.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

  • Order placement does not imply acceptance
  • PRYOM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Suspected fraud or misuse
    • Violation of these Terms

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect customer details shall not make PRYOM liable

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns and exchanges, strictly subject to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
  • Said policy forms an integral part of these Terms
  • PRYOM reserves the right to inspect products before approval

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Not to place fraudulent or false orders
  • Not to violate intellectual property rights

Any misuse may result in account termination and legal action.

  • Images
  • Text and graphics

are the exclusive property of PRYOM. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • PRYOM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

PRYOM shall not be responsible for customer negligence, misuse, or third-party service failures.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRYOM from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of the Platform
  • Violation of applicable laws

12. FORCE MAJEURE

PRYOM shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or internet failures.

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

PRYOM reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. AMENDMEN

PRYOM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
