  • PRYOM currently ships within India only
  • Delivery is subject to serviceability of the destination pin code by our courier partners
  • We reserve the right to decline delivery to non-serviceable or high-risk locations

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • Orders are shipped through reputed third-party courier and logistics partners
  • Selection of courier partner is at the sole discretion of PRYOM
  • We do not guarantee shipment through any specific courier company

4. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • Processing time does not include shipping or transit time

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events.

8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Courier partner delivery confirmation shall be treated as conclusive proof of delivery

9. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERIES

PRYOM shall not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Natural calamities or force majeure events

Such cases shall not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.


10. DAMAGED, TAMPERED, OR OPENED PACKAGES

If a package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Customers are advised to refuse delivery
  • Notify us immediately with supporting photos or videos

Claims raised after acceptance of delivery may not be entertained.


11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (REFERENCE)

  • We accept returns and exchanges, strictly in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

12. RISK OF LOSS

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
