1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to 5XL in most of our collections. Each product page has a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements to help you pick the perfect fit.
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 days across India. You’ll get a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
Yes, COD is available on all orders. You can pay online for faster processing or choose COD at checkout. No extra charges for COD.
We offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges. If the size doesn’t fit or you don’t love the product, just raise a return request from your account. We’ll arrange a free pickup.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee of ₹49 is added at checkout.
Most cotton and daily wear products are machine washable. For silk, georgette, and heavily embroidered pieces, we recommend dry clean only. Care instructions are printed on the product label and mentioned on the product page.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. Just contact our WhatsApp support at +91-XXXXX-XXXXX. After 2 hours, we start processing, so changes may not be possible.
Yes, we shoot all product images in-house under natural light. What you see is what you get. Slight color variation of 5-10% can happen due to screen settings.
